| Credit card users agree to allow "ISPSaver" to
bill his or her card on each successive billing date (i.e. monthly)
without obtaining user's permission after the initial charge. User's
account will be renewed on a monthly basis on the anniversary date
of signup. User may cancel the account (see "right to Cancel") or
request non-renewal of the service plan prior to the plan anniversary
at any point.
You are solely responsible for any long distance
or toll charges incurred through the use of your account for any
reason. All local and long distance telephone charges for connection
to the service by you and by those who access the service through
your account.
Service, including that of prepaid accounts, will
be disconnected immediately on the date the cancellation is requested.
No refunds of prepaid set-up fees or service charges
will be issued. . |
